How long will it take to make my posing suit?
The following applies to women's posing suits ordered more than 2 weeks in advance. Men should refer to the last paragraph of this answer.
In most cases you will receive your posing suit at least 2 weeks prior to your competition date. It's a good idea, however, to order the suit about 12 weeks ahead of your competition date. Here's why:
Orders placed less than 10 weeks prior to the competition date carry an extra $50 charge, less than 5 weeks—$100.
For those ordering less than two weeks before their competition date, $150 extra charge will apply along with the overnite shipping charges. You will still receive your suit well ahead of your competition.
FOR MEN: Men's posing trunks will be shipped 3-4
days after the payment is processed (usually within 24 hours). Please, allow up to 7 additional days for shipping. Contact

I have a photo of a posing suit that I really like. Can you make it for me?
Yes. Nina encourages her clients to contribute to the design process. Just contact us with your idea and a photo, drawing, or a sketch and we'll go from there.

What kind of material/fabric do you use?
Nina uses high-quality four-way-stretch velvets and lycras. Check out my fabric swatches for the latest trends in competition colors. Write to me to request a fabric swatch or to arrange for sending me your own fabric.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convinience, Nina's Competition Suits offers 2 payment options: 1) You can send us a money order or a cashier's check (no personal checks, please.) 2) You can pay using your credit card.
NOTE: All balances must be paid in full before the suit is shipped.

We ship promptly, upon completing the suit. We have a flat rate of $15 for a 2-3 days delivery to most destinations. Other forms of delivery are available upon request (additional charges apply).

Can I just get a plain suit, with no crystals or ornaments?
One-piece and two-piece plain suits are available. A plain suit with triangle/bikini bra style costs $145, and $195 with an underwire bra style.

I just got my posing suit and it is not a perfect fit.
Please, send your suit back to Nina's Competition Suits promptly, with your comments. Nina will make the necessary adjustments and mail it back to you at no charge.

You have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After after that, a fee of $50 will be subtracted from your refund, 50% will be deducted after 7 days. Please, keep this policy in mind when ordering our posing suits.
You can make minor changes in the design within a few days of ordering.
